Daniel, Manuel and David were thorough, professional and paid attention to detail! I was extremely pleased! Also, the office staff was responsive and friendly!!!
I had a water damage in my house. My plumber referred me to Thunder& Lightning for mitigation. Manuel is the guy you want to work with when doing business with this company. He is very clear on the job, proactive on communication, and in general gives very good advices.

I have to say, I was very impressed by Thunder & Lightning Services (TLS) for a water damage restoration at my home this month. I was hesitant about the company from reading past reviews – my plumber recommended them – so I gave them a call. All the technicians that came to my home were very professional. Each day they called to let me know their timing to be here – it was a 14-day project – and updated me of the progress. Once completed, they removed all equipment with efficiency. I would recommend TLS as I feel they have taken past reviews to heart and cleaned up ???? their act. (Attaching a photo of all the equipment used…yikes!)
They sent Jerry out for initial contact. He was extremely helpful. Any questions we had he provided and answer…. Not just an answer but the correct answer. He is very honest. Communication was superb. Of he didn’t have an answer to our question he would go above and beyond to find us the answer. Jerry cleaned up after himself and never left anything laying around. We are well beyond happy with this gentleman his knowledge and his work. We will 100% be recommending this company to family and friends.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat they were great and fast.

We had a really good experience with Thunder & Lightning! Our water heater suddenly leaked and caused some damage to our new home, and they came recommended from by the plumbing guys who replaced the water heater for us. I tend to be a very high maintenance/detailed customer, but they were able to work with me and did a great job. The techs who came out to do the work were great too. I’d recommend them if you find yourself in need of some restoration work.
It was a nightmare, my guests flooded the extra bedroom and bathroom by forgetting to shut off the spa handled shower head and forgot to tell me about it! Thankfully, 24hrs later I reach out to Thunder and Lightning Services on a late Saturday night and I actually get a human being on the phone. The next day two technicians show up, assess the situation and promptly dry out the 8x15ft room in 72hrs. You guys really saved the day and in such short notice too! Thank you !!
These guys are so awesome! My kitchen faucet sprung a leak that was almost impossible to stop, ek!! After about 40 minutes of constant running water, my kitchen floor was completely soaked. I talked to Travis and Billy quickly appeared within the hour of my calling and on a Sunday, thank gawd- plus I was surprised how professional this whole ordeal was taken care of. I mean the guy put covers on his boots, looked very put together, really respected my home, and spoke like a pro.
Magically removed all the water and all remnants of the horror 🙂 This happy customer highly recommends thunder and lightning!!!!
CJ was spot on!! On time and got the job done ASAP. He came out quick, installed equipment to dry out the area then returned couple of days to repair and replace the carpet and wall that was affected. It’s seriously good as new! I would recommend these guys!!
They’ve invented the time machine. They restored our water damaged ceiling and it looks like nothing happened at all. Seriously awesome work, super professional and friendly service. Our repair was covered by our home warranty, so I don’t know about their prices, but how much would you pay to go back in time to when everything was perfect? Exactly.
